I never thought l would be able to have a Netra Basti done on my eyes, as having warmed ghee placed not only over the eyes but then gently encouraged to open your eyes with the ghee still there, was to my utmost surprise, totally amazing. The next day my vision was amplified with colors so clear and my eyes feeling clean and awake. After my treatments, I felt I was given a total treatment to my whole being.
